Ross Vader
Ross is the show's number guy but, don't let that fool you as he has a strong opinion on player management and trends. He is a "Freak" when it comes to baseball statistics and minor league prospects. He admits to being a bit bias as he focuses on baseball 90% of the time but, he is a college ball player so who can blame him? Feel free to find Ross on twitter

Right is an excerpt from Tony Dungy's book, "Quiet Strength" and one of the many inspirational motto's the site uses.

"The first step toward creating an improved future is developing the ability to envision it. VISION will ignite the fire of passion that fuels our commitment to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to achieve excellence. Only VISION allows us to transform dreams of greatness into the reality of achievement through human action. VISION has no boundries and knows no limits. Our VISION is what we become in life."
