Crosby is back. As you can tell I'm super excited about his return.... uh no. Show me you can hang around for more than a month. Yes yes I know the Pens have won 11 in a row but honestly this is a long term issue. I love what your doing now Crosby but show me your in it for the long haul. STOP TOYING WITH OUR EMOTIONS!!! After that outburst lets get down to business with some injury news and trends. Injuries:

• Andy McDonald STL C is week to week with a shoulder injury which is a big blow to the Blues and his fantasy owners. The top 60 draft pick has put up solid numbers when he's out there, he's just not out there right now. He hopes to be ready for the playoffs which once again means nothing to us fantasy players.
• Joffrey Lupul TOR RW has a seperated shoulder and will miss one month. Stash him in deep leagues where you can afford the bench spot because if he returns sooner he will help you out bgi time. 25 G 42 A this year.
• Fedor Tyutin CLS D has a broken hand and will miss the rest of this season.
• Vincent Lecavalier TB C should return within a few days now (hand). Pick him up.

Trends:

• Jamie McGinn COL LW trending upwards in most formats for my beloved Avs. 10 points in his past 8 games including 7 goals and a +4.
• Ben Bishop OTT G is a good play between the pipes with Craig Anderson out. 
• Adam Henrique NJ C hasn't scored a goal it what seems forever. 3 assists in his last 8 games.
• Steve Sullivan PIT RW struggling as well, 1 goal and 1 assist in his last 7 games.
• Tyler Myers BUF D has just finished serving his 3 game suspension for a "vicious" hit on a Montreal player. Give him a look as he is most likely readily available on the waiver wire.
